Beneficial for all sporting backgrounds. Sessions led by CJ, a qualified and experienced coach who ranked #5 in USA in 100m while at university. He loves to implement speed training into various sports.

Wednesday | 5:30-6:00pm | Age 5-9
Wednesday | 6:00-6:30pm | Age 10-17
Thursday | 8:00-8:30pm | Age 10-17
Purchase the block of 8 weeks or take out a monthly membership deal to save money.
