Join us at the Sports Lab for 6 weeks of classes during July & August. You can purchase the block of 6 weeks at a discounted rate or pay per week (subject to available spaces).

Dates that classes will run:

Mon 30th June - Thur 3rd July

Mon 7th July - Thur 10th July

Mon 21st July - Thur 24th July

Mon 28th July - Thur 31st July

Mon 4th August - Thur 7th August

Mon 11th August - Thur 14th August

SPEED & STRENGTH: Are you ready to work hard and develop your speed, agility, reaction time, acceleration, deceleration and get stronger through a variety of training? This is the class for you! Beneficial for kids & teens who play any sport (or none). 6 weeks for £20 or £5 per week.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Get ready to get stronger and fitter as you work through an intense session each week. Exercises will be tailored to individuals and their sport. 6 weeks for £20 or £5 per week.

FUTSAL: Learn the fundamental skills, develop as a player, be challenged to play in tight spaces on a fast surface and enjoy small sided matches. Open to all ability levels - males & females. 6 weeks for £15 or £4 per week.

GRINDLAB: Need to get in shape or stay in shape for a new season starting? Get booked in for an intense class, working on speed, strength & stamina. Open to all ability levels and all sports. 6 weeks for £25 or £6 per week.

BASKETBALL: Ready to learn some skills, shoot some hoops and have lots of fun? Open to all ability levels, males and females. 6 weeks for £15 or £4 per week.
